10 Secrets Of Success
I 've always highlighted on this words,I never stop telling people about,ur tongue is power, what ever u speak out of ur mouth is what ur spirit walk with.
So I've decided 2 put up this lines 2 send more motivations.
1. How You Think is Everything.
Always be positive. Think
Success, not Failure. Beware of a
negative environment.
This trait has to be one of the
most important in the entire list.
Your belief that you can
accomplish your goals has to be
unwavering. The moment you
say to yourself “I can’t…”, then
you won’t. I was always given
the advice “never say I can’t” and
I’d like to strike those words
from the dictionary.
I’ve found that from time-to-time
my attitude waivers. A mentor of
mine once said “it’s ok to visit
pity city, but you can’t stay and
there comes a time when you
need to leave ”. Positive things
happen to positive people.
2. Decide upon Your True
Dreams and Goals: Write down
your specific goals and develop a
plan to reach them.
Write down my dreams and
goals? Develop a plan to reach
them? You mean like a project
plan? Yes, that ’s exactly what this
means. You may have heard the
old adage: A New Years
resolution that isn ’t written
down is just a dream, and
dreams are not goals.
Goals are those concrete,
measurable stepping stones of
achievement that track your
progress towards your dreams.
My goal is to start a second
career as a freelance writer –
what are your goals?
3. Take Action. Goals are nothing
without action.
Be like Nike and “Just do it”. I
took action by reaching out and
started writing. Every day I try to
take some action towards my
goals. It may be small, but it ’s still
an action. Have you taken action
towards your goals?
4. Never Stop Learning: Go back
to school or read books. Get
training & acquire skills.
Becoming a life long learner
would benefit us all and is
something we should instill in
our kids. It ’s funny that once
you’re out of school you realize
how enjoyable learning can be.
What have you learned today?
5. Be Persistent and Work Hard:
Success is a marathon, not a
sprint. Never give up.
I think every story of success I
read entails long hard hours of
work. There is no getting around
this and there is no free lunch.
But, if you ’re working towards
something that you’re passionate
about, something you love – then
is it really work?
6. Learn to Analyze Details: Get
all the facts, all the input. Learn
from your mistakes.
I think you have to strike a
balance between getting all the
facts and making a decision with
incomplete data – both are traits
of successful people. Spend time
gathering details, but don ’t catch
‘analysis paralysis’.
7. Focus Your Time And Money:
Don’t let other people or things
distract you.
Remain laser focused on your
goals and surround yourself with
positive people that believe in
you. Don ’t be distracted by the
naysayer’s or tasks that are not
helping you achieve your goals.
8. Don’t Be Afraid To Innovate:
Be different. Following the herd
is a sure way to mediocrity.
Follow through on that break-out
idea you have. Ask yourself
“ What would I do if I wasn’t
afraid?”
9. Deal And Communicate With
People Effectively: No person is
an island. Learn to understand
and motivate others.
Successful people develop and
nurture a network and they only
do that by treating people
openly, fairly and many times
firmly. There is nothing wrong
about being firm – just don’t
cross the a-hole line. How do you
deal with people?
10. Be Honest And Dependable:
Take responsibility, otherwise
numbers 1 – 9 won’t matter.
Enough said.

Ex-millitants vow to cripple oil exprossion.
As protests continue to trail the
gubernatorial election result,
which returned incumbent
governor, Dr. Emmanuel
Uduaghan for the second term in
Delta State, a group of former
militants, under the aegis of the
Coalition of Niger Delta Freedom
Fighters, in the state, has given a
21-day ultimatum to the
Independent National Electoral
Commission, INEC, and President
Goodluck Jonathan, to reverse
what they called the imposition
of Uduaghan on the people.
The body compromising of
former militants and freedom
fighters in the Niger Delta region
in a statement by ‘General’ Akpos
Jones and ‘Commander’ Ziko, said
they were ready to cripple the oil
industry in Delta State and the
Niger Delta region in general, if
their demand was not met
before 21 days.
They statement added that they
came to the conclusion because
of the naked and forceful
imposition of Uduaghan on the
people of Delta State by the
Federal Government through its
agencies, such as INEC, Army,
Police and other security
agencies in the April 26, 2011
election.
They alleged that the Federal
Government through the two
ministers representing Delta
State in the Federal Executive
Council, sent a message to Delta
State a day before the
governorship election, that
Uduaghan must be returned as
governor at all cost, whether the
people of Delta State liked it or
not.
“True to this message, the
governorship election was
massively rigged. We regard this
imposition as an affront on our
sensibility and that of Deltans in
general. The situation is made
worse by the suppression of
women groups, students groups
and other groups, who had or
attempted to protest this
imposition.
“It is on record that bad
leadership and imposition of
leaders were responsible for
militancy in the Niger Delta
region, which came to a
temporary stop with the
granting of amnesty to former
militants,”the statement added.

How To Plan For A Successful Future
One of the true secrets to
success (if there is one!) is
having the ability to look far into
the future.
Many people live there lives only
one day at a time. Without ever
considering what their future
holds. These are the same people
that end up supremely
disappointed in their later years.
A study was once done
that interviewed several
multimillionaires, trying to figure
out what they all had in common.
As it turns out, each of them had
several unique and different
qualities about them. However,
there was one thing that almost
every one of them had.
And that was the ability to think
deep into the future.
No. I'm not saying they were
psychic! I'm saying that they
thought about where they
wanted to go five or ten years
from now and they spent every
day working to make that a
reality.
I want you take a few moments
and think about the answers to
the following questions...
What would happen if you
continued on the same path that
you are on right now? Would
you be on the road to success
five years from now? Or would
your life continue to be about the
same? Maybe slightly better?
Think about this for a few
minutes before you come back.
Be brutally honest with yourself
when you answer these
questions.
You see, it's easy to think of
today as just another day. But
when you sit around and do
nothing, that's one more day
that you are postponing any
future success that you may
have.
Are you tired of waiting for
something great to happen to
you? If so, instead of sitting
around and waiting, why don't
you get out and make
something happen.
What do you do? That's for you
to decide. If I was you, I would
start by walking through the
exercise how to discover your
dream and make it a reality
(opens new window). It could
very well be the life changing
experience you are looking for.
You will learn to figure out
exactly how you want your life
to be five or ten years from
now. I wouldn't eat, sleep, or
drink anything else until I
completed that exercise and had
a pretty good idea of what my
dream life was.
Then once I had that figured out,
I would think very hard about
how I was going to make that
dream a reality. It will only take a
few minutes to go through the
exercise.
Once you have it completed, start
doing something that will inch
you closer to your dream. It
doesn't have to be anything
major. Just make sure you take
one tiny little step in the right
direction. The journey of a
thousand miles begins with one
step.
Don't waste any more of your
time waiting for your life to
change. The best time to start is
right now!
Once you have taken that first
step, go out and celebrate! Your
journey is going to be a fun and
enjoyable experience.
Then once you have taken a few
more steps, come back to this
page and read a few of the
articles below. They will serve as
a guide to helping you even
more in planning for your future.
I wish you the best of luck in
your future success!
